1. The Horse Squeeze

The Horse Squeeze, a potent girth exercise with 11 years of history, carries a legacy within its name. Originally dubbed the Mega Squeeze, it was pioneered by a member of Thunder's Place, known by the nickname "Horse440." In honor of his contribution to the PE community, the exercise retains a part of his nickname, standing as a testament to his innovative approach to manual enhancement exercises. This exercise, known for its intensity, is not recommended for beginners. It's a specialized technique, usually introduced to individuals who have already explored the foundational exercises of the Squeeze family, such as the Squeeze #1, the Squeeze #2, and the Advanced Squeeze.


Penile Girth

Instructions:

1. Achieve a 90 to 95% erection and lubricate your member with Jelqing Balm.

2. Form a tight overhand OK-grip at the base of your penis.

3. With your other hand, form a small OK-grip, no larger than a dime, and slowly slide it over the glans and towards the base. This process should take twenty to thirty seconds.


Repeat until the desired number of reps is performed.

2. The Advanced Squeeze

In a sense, this exercise may be considered as an inversed Horse Squeeze, the Advanced Squeeze is also for advanced practitioners.


Penile Girth


Instructions:

1. Achieve a 60 to 80% erection.

2. Make an Ok-grip at the base of your penis.

3. With the second hand, grip above the first grip and jelq up the shaft until you reach the point below the glans.

4. Change hands by pushing the main gripping hands up the shaft a little and placing the new grip behind it.


You may use longer hold times to add more of a challenge to this movement.

3. The Compressor

Penile Girth

Instructions:

1. Achieve an 80 to 90% erection.

2. Make an Ok-Grip at the base of your penis.

3. With your other hand, perform an Overhand Ok-Grip at the tip of your penis, just below the glans.

4. While still holding both grips, slightly force both hands towards each other.

5. While maintaining the pressure, use your second hand to slightly move your penis to the right and left, causing small bends along the shaft.

6. Release and repeat until you reach the desired amount of reps.


All three exercises require the use of the Jelqing Balm to avoid irritation.
