A few days ago, I had the pleasure of receiving a sample of "Jelqing Balm" from jelq2grow.com. It is described as "...a unique formula for men's intimate health".
Upon opening the container, I noticed a faint but pleasant herbal scent from the contents. It took a short while to manipulate a small amount of the balm to the desired consistency, but it went on smooth and held a viscosity comparable to petroleum jelly.
The benefit of this formula (as compared to petroleum jelly) is the lack of mess- as the balm can be massaged into the skin. This means little to no clean-up! It also means you don't have to use a lot of it, even for a relatively long session.
Because of its contents and the way it's eventually absorbed into the skin, the balm is also great for post-training treatment and moisturizing. I suspect this product could also be used on rough or dry skin areas of the body with good results.
