Developing a Lower-Hanging Scrotum: The Benefits of Testicle Massage

For some men, having a pair of low-hanging testicles is a symbol of virility and sexual prowess. And while there's no denying the appeal of a hefty pair of balls, there are also some real health benefits to taking care of your testicular health.

If you're looking to boost your testicular function and general health, there are a few things you can do. First, make sure you're getting regular exercise and eating a diet that's high in protein. But did you know that a testicle health massage can also be beneficial for your scrotum? Not only can it help your balls hang lower in a flaccid state, but it can also increase blood flow to your testes and aid in sperm count.

Here's a step-by-step guide to performing a testicle health massage:

Step 1: Apply Jelq2Grow balm to your scrotum.

Step 2: With one hand, gently grab your scrotum just above your testicles.

Step 3: In a rubbing motion, massage each testis for 30 seconds, rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement.

Step 4: Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point, your scrotum should be very relaxed.

Step 5: Finally, lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Hold for 5 seconds. Do 60 of these.
