How to start: warm up for 5 to 10 minutes, then do three sets of five minutes at low, pain-free pressure, with a short break and a massage between sets. Three sessions a week is plenty for the first month. Pumping should never hurt: if you see red dots, swelling or discoloration, release the pressure and rest for a few days.
