Apply a small amount a few minutes before play and add your regular lubricant on top if you need more glide. A numbing product reduces the feedback your body gives you, so go slowly, build up gradually and stop if you feel pain. Follow the directions on the label, do not use on broken or irritated skin, and stop use if irritation occurs.
