To fill it, remove the nozzle and hold the bulb under running water. Use lukewarm water, put a little water-based lubricant on the nozzle and squeeze gently. The medium size is a good everyday choice: enough capacity for a proper rinse, small enough to travel with. After use, take the nozzle off, wash both parts with warm water and mild soap and let them dry before storing.
